Mag. Christian Seidl

He graduated in law from the Karl-Franzens-University Graz and the University of Wolverhampton Law School, England. He advises companies, in particular insurance companies, banks and leasing companies in the enforcement of their claims and in disputes relating to damages and enrichment law, in corporate law matters and in the formation of companies.
 

Christian Seidl was Vice Chairman of the Debt Collection & Restructuring Practice Group of the GGI Global Alliance (GGI) for many years and has been a lecturer at the Academy for Law, Tax & Economics (ARS) on the topic of "Dunning and legal matters in leasing companies and banks" since 2016.
